We loved the Continental/Healthy breakfast offered and the fact that it was offered 6-9am not just at say 7am..it gave us the flexibility we needed. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were exceptionally accommodating and treated us with respect. I absolutely love this hotel! It's like a home away from home. I like to come to Larkspur to get away, relax, and collect my thoughts. I feel very rested when I leave. It is a pleasure going to a hotel where the hotel knows exactly what the business traveler needs at least what I am looking for which is a clean room, doesn't have to big too big or too small, a continental breakfast (the emphasis on a healthy breakfast is fantastic), high speed internet, service with a smile, and the air of customer service that can be felt all around. Hats off to the design team - my room was comfortable, modern, efficient and a great overall layout. The large table for working was very well received and used every night and morning as I conducted work via my laptop. The chair and ottoman were a pleasant surprise and add the extra comfort to the space. The kitchenette was exceptional, everything was there for me. This trip I didn't need it but it was nice to have it just in case. I also used the business center which was such a added bonus. I love this hotel. I travel to SF for business five times a year. Have stayed at other hotels and they do not compare with the LL. I especially love the decor, very warm and inviting, not a typical hotel feel, the bed is great and for once I could get a good night sleep. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. I felt as though I was at an upscale boutique hotel and look forward to my next stay. We had an excellent time at the Pruneyard. The hotel staff were great and were always more than helpful. We needed help finding a doctor for my sick son and they sourced us a clinic near to the hotel. I travel a lot on business and my stay at your hotel was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. Breakfast was good too. Exceptional mention : it was a pleasure to watch the painter ( Johan ) create the Tuscany mural by the pool area. We enjoyed watching the daily progress of this beautiful addition to the hotel. I would come again to see the painting while swimming in the pool. -- The Pruneyard Inn, 07/05

I came into contact with more than 20 staff members of your hotel during my stay. Without a single exception, I found the level of service and attitudes of the staff members absolutely phenomenal. I have stayed in many four and five star properties and have repeatedly found that one unpleasant encounter with a staff person can ruin a hotel atmosphere. This was the finest stay I've ever had at any hotel. I stayed at another hotel as part of this trip and was very pleased with the switch to the RiverPlace. Everyone was extremely welcoming and professional, even down to the maid I encountered coming to fix up the room in the morning. The experience was very warm, inviting, and I felt at home.
